Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at [Email Address].
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
